A vibrant, sweet bouquet of raspberry jam, molasses and cinnamon toast evoke the senses of carefree youthful nights. Excellent oak integration provides silken tannins and spice to pair with Lodi’s unrestricted wild berry fruit.
Explosive aromas of rose petals, ginger, grapefruit, litchi nuts and nutmeg. Fresh floral, brown spice and citrus flavors unfold on the palate, extending through a lasting, crisp finish. The wine has a trace of residual sugar and slight effervescence.

“Possesses aromas of white flowers intermixed with spice box, licorice, black currants, raspberries, cherries, toasty oak, and background scents of volcanic/scorched earth. With lovely richness, medium to full body, impressive purity, and a long, heady finish, it should hit its peak in 3-4 years, and last through 2020+.”
The brilliant Cabernet Sauvignon, by winemaker John Gibson, boasts a deep ruby/purple color as well as an elegant perfume of black currants, licorice, cedar, and subtle toasty oak. It is medium to full-bodied with sweet tannin, and a long, elegant finish. It should drink beautifully for 15 or more years.
Mid-to-dark, ruby red color. Aromas of blueberry and strawberry, as well as a slight hint of vanilla, black currant, and a nice mix of oak. Smooth low-tannic finish.
