Deep garnet color. Vibrant chocolate coconut macaroon and berry crust pie aromas follow through on a soft, supple entry to a dry-yet-fruity medium-to-full body with tangy sour cherry, apple and tomato skin accents. Finishes in a long, dark berry and cocoa fade with a dash of minerals. A delicious, balanced and engaging red to sip or pair with almost anything
Ripe berries, dusty spice and a balanced bit of sweet oak come together nicely in the attractive aromas of this one. While slightly roughed up by pushy tannins in the mouth, the wine is fairly fruity from front to back and avoids the pitfalls of runaway ripeness. It should hold up well with mid‐term aging, and will provide good service with grilled hunks of beef or lamb.
Deep purple color. Black cherry, berry and herb aromas follow through on a round, supple entry to a dry-yet-fruity full body and topped with nutmeg notes. Finishes with a crisp, tongue coating dusty tannin fade. Slip it slowly with Fair Trade organic chocolate
Experience delicate scents of apple blossom, followed by flavors of pear and ripe apple. This delicious wine comes from five Redwood Valley and Ukiah Vineyards harvested in September 2007. Light French oak and a buttery mouth complement wild caught salmon, savory vegetarian cuisine and platters of cheese and fruit.
Nearly opaque garnet violet color. Ripe plum and spice aromas follow through on a soft, buoyant entry to a dry-yet-fruity medium body with tangy apple, cocoa, and citrus custard notes. Finishes with a nice cinnamon and clove-accented fade. Pair with spicy pork dishes.
