Joseph Phelps Cabernet Sauvignon 2011 750 ml

Well-proportioned even as the tannins gain the upper hand on the finish, with herb, dill and dried berry notes at the core, ending simple. Drink now through 2020. 15,430 cases made. –JL The Wine Spectator

Joseph Phelps Insignia 2008 750 ml

94 POINTS!!!
Dense and chewy, this is very tight and closed, but the glimpses of fruit offer tight mineral, crushed rock, graphite, dried currant, cedar and anise. Full-bodied and way too young to drink now, this needs time, but should provide years of rewarding drinking. Cabernet Sauvignon, Petit Verdot and Merlot. Best from 2014 through 2026. 16,650 cases made. –JL - THE WINE SPECTATOR

Our price: $179.99
Kendall Jackson Grand Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon 750 ml

Big, boisterous and flavourful, this is full on California cabernet. Somewhat reminiscent of the 1997, with its spicy, earthy blackberry fruit and beautiful mid-palate textures. Dense, round and showing well now, this should only get better with time.

Our price: $27.99
Kendall Jackson Vintners Cabernet Sauvignon 750 ml

87 Points - A true North Coast cabernet, with a rich spicy nose mixing cassis and vanilla aromas with flecks of leather, olive and spice. Dry, round, lean on entry, with more peppery, black olive, black currant fruit and vanilla flavours.

Our price: $21.99
Kobalt Cabernet Sauvignon 2006 750 ml

The 2006 Kobalt Cabernet Sauvignon (92% Cabernet, 2% Petit Verdot, 4% Malbec and 2% Cabernet Franc) is similar to our 2002. The nose is a deep and enticing blend of sweet berry, coffee, accentuated with wild spices that gush out of the glass. In the mouth, layers of rich, vibrant raspberry, blueberry, and spicy vanilla notes surround assertive yet ripe tannins. Cassis and coffee notes interact with the supple tannins for a beautiful long, lingering finish. We recommend 4 – 6 years of bottle aging.

Our price: $129.99
Laurel Lake Caberent Sauvignon 750 ml

A substantail wine burst on the plate with flavors of ripe berries and toasty/spiced oak. This is a well balanced wine with intense aroma and a powerful, velvet finish. Note the deep red ruby color and soft, rich tannins.

Our price: $17.99
Layer Cake Cabernet Sauvignon 750 ml

The 2007 Layer Cake Cab from winemaker Jayson Woodbridge is proof that you can have your cake and eat it too, layers and layers of it. A blend of cabernet fruit from a number of eastern Napa hillside vineyards, this is classically structured cab with a modern edge. Its perfume is redolent of blackberries, violets, pencil lead and tobacco. The blackberry fruit continues on the palate, mingling with sweet cherry, chocolate and coffee flavors.

Mercury Head Cabernet Sauvignon by Orin Swift 2014 750 ml

The wine opens with a nose brimming of ripe boysenberry and cassis, complemented by hints of cigar box, fir and graphite. Full-bodied on entry, the luscious palate is full of ripe cherry and a touch of blackberry with elegant traces of sage. It closes with a satiating finish that is long and textured, supported by ample red berries and soft, dusty tannins.
