Joseph Phelps Insignia 2008 750 ml

94 POINTS!!!
Dense and chewy, this is very tight and closed, but the glimpses of fruit offer tight mineral, crushed rock, graphite, dried currant, cedar and anise. Full-bodied and way too young to drink now, this needs time, but should provide years of rewarding drinking. Cabernet Sauvignon, Petit Verdot and Merlot. Best from 2014 through 2026. 16,650 cases made. –JL - THE WINE SPECTATOR

David Arthur Elevation 1147 750 ml

Our 2014 Elevation 1147 has an intensely deep ruby color with a violet rim that offers an immense array of aromas from wild blackberry, cassis, followed by licorice candy, brown sugar notes, cocoa nibs and hints of black tea as well as garrigue of sage-mint. The palate is rich, yet soft and plush offering polished tannins that are broad and chewy carrying into a long finish with flavors of blackberry, dark cherry and light baking spices. Best from 2017 to 2037.

Caymus Special Select Cabernet Sauvignon 750 ml

Special Selection is always made with 100-percent Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, with top-quality fruit from various sites they farm in the Napa Valley. They have such a variety of micro-climates and vineyard blocks to choose from -- reaching from the Valley floor to hillside vineyards -- that it's possible to blend the essence of the appellation in the bottle.

Dominus 2009 750 ml

93 POINTS!!! Delightfully harmonious given its intensity, with complex aromas of savory herbs, flowers, ripe and dried currant and berry, crushed rock and cedar flavors. Stag's Leap Cask 23 - 2010 750 ml

Still in its youth, this wine reveals extraordinary depth and finesse beginning with rich cassis and blackberry aromas that are warmly blanketed in notes of toffee and vanilla. Savory aromas of rosemary, truffles, and cocoa powder reward those who linger over the bouquet. Take a sip, and discover a core of dark berry, cassis, and cherry fruit flavors amid notes of vanilla, dark chocolate, and espresso. Silky, supple tannins carry this wine into a long, fruity and gratifying finish. Enjoy it with a prime rib roast with Cabernet jus or with venison chops with blackberry compote.

Bond Pluribus Cabernet Sauvignon 2004 750 ml

The newest wine, Pluribus, will give just about any vineyard on Spring Mountain a run for its money. The 2004 Pluribus has a dense purple color and an elegant, sweet nose of creme de cassis intermixed with some camphor, graphite, and a hint of blueberry (or is it very ripe raspberries?). Quite opulent, full-bodied, but with good underlying acidity, this wine is fresh and remarkably light on its feet for a wine of such enormous intensity and richness.

Our price: $299.99
Schrader Old Sparky Cabernet Sauvignon 2013 1.5 ml

Rated 100 The 2013 Cabernet Sauvignon Old Sparky, which is essentially made from clone 4 from two separate blocks, clone 6 and clone 337, is another perfect wine from the Schraders. I suppose it’s a little boring to say, and perhaps I can be accused of creating unrealistic expectations on the part of readers, but this is as great as Cabernet can be. Tasting like a first-growth Pauillac, the wine is opaque purple and has a fabulous nose of lead pencil, spring flowers, blueberry and blackberry and the telltale cassis. There is also some licorice and sweet oak, the tannins are ripe, and the wine full-bodied. Built like a skyscraper, with an incredible finish (like most of these wines) going on for 50 seconds to a minute, this amazing wine should still be drinking splendidly well at age 25 or 30.
